Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

 

Order Processing
If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery
Overall a package shouldn't take more than 15-35 business days to arrive and typical shipping times to United States, Europe and Australia are 20 business days.
If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. Joom Fashion cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact the shipping carrier for a reschedule or us for further tracking updates. 

 

Returns
If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team at info@joomfashion.com prior to returning the item.

 

Currency
When making a purchase on our website all payments are charged in GBP. 

 

Refund Period
All of our products come with a 30 day refund period if you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.

 

Taxes and Duties
By working closely with our suppliers, chances of paying for import duties and fees are always extremely small. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees.
All orders are shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. Some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. Joom Fashion does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

 

Cancellations
Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.

 

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

 

Returned Items
If you have spoken with a member of our support team and a return is applicable to the item you have purchased, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item has been received damaged you must inform us prior to returning your items as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items are returned in a working and resalable condition. Included in your return you must state your name and order ID.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.

 

Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Joom Fashion will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
